Rangers and Aberdeen have agreed a season-long loan swap which will see Lithuanian Rich Hill Jersey striker Andrius Velicka head north to join up with Mark McGhees squad and versatile defender Ricky Foster heading to Ibrox.Foster is Rangers fourth signing after Beattie, Wei s and Jelavic arrived in August.
