At the Rishikul Yogshala Rishikesh campus in Rishikesh, India, there is a 300-hour yoga teacher training course available following a 28-day, 27-night 200-hour program. You will have 500 total training hours after your 300 Hours Yoga TTC.
In order to support our students' personal and spiritual development, we at Rishikul Yogshala Rishikesh work hard to combine in-depth studies of yoga and spirituality into the teachings and practices. The course covers the principles of yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, shat kriya, yoga nidra, and meditation in addition to asana practices.
