Doodle Jump is a platforming video game that was developed and published by Lima Sky, a studio that is located in Croatia. Lima Sky is responsible for both the game's development and its publication. This game can be played on the Xbox 360 for the Kinect platform, as well as on the Windows Phone, iPhone OS, BlackBerry, Android, Java Mobile (J2ME), and Nokia Symbian platforms. It was made available for download all over the world on March 15, 2009, and it was compatible with the iPhone OS. After that, it became downloadable for Android and Blackberry devices on March 2, 2010, Symbian devices on May 1, 2010, and Windows Phone 7 devices on June 1, 2011. In Doodle Jump, you assume the role of Doodle the Doodler, and your mission is to guide him on a springy journey up, up, up a sheet of graph paper while making use of some of the most nuanced and accurate tilt controls that have ever been developed. Along the way, he is tasked with acquiring jet packs, avoiding black holes, and defeating adversaries using nose balls. In July of 2016, Lima Sky and Skillz made the public announcement that they would be working together to create a version of the game that could be played in competitive settings.
